Michael’s successful career in the Real Estate industry has spanned more than two decades. He has skillfully and smoothly supported thousands of clients through their Real Estate transactions, ensuring their happiness and satisfaction. After opening and expanding his brokerage, Sands & Associates, he opened one of the first Keller Williams franchises in the state of California. Michael and his team built and expanded that franchise into over 550 agents.

In addition to numerous successful residential transactions, Michael also possesses vast knowledge and experience in commercial real estate, raw land transactions, and property management. He is a short sale specialist, and represented many bank REO departments and asset companies during the mortgage crisis between 2007 and 2012. His substantial knowledge of Real Estate is a major asset to every client. In his spare time, Michael enjoys spending time with his wife, Lori, their children, and grandchildren, and loves to get out on the golf course as much as possible.

James is a world class real estate agent with local roots. His background in the military and diplomatic experience make him the ideal agent when negotiation is key and time is of the essence, especially for those transitioning during a PCS. He loves engaging each new client and making their unique transaction as personalized and smooth as possible. Nicholas Sands- Salesperson

Having grown up in a Real Estate household, it seemed perfectly natural for Nicholas to transition into a professional real estate career after graduating from high school. While working on gaining experience under the tutelage of Michael, his father, Nicholas has gained a tremendous amount of knowledge and expertise in a short period of time through hands on experience. He plans not only to continue to expand the family business, but create a Real Estate Empire of his own.
